Download:

1) Lineage OS ROM:  Download

2) Gapps 8.1(Download ARM > 8.1 > pico only):  Download

3) Lazyflasher zip:  Download



Important Note:- Do this at your own risk.



Installation:

1) First download above files and put it in your phone storage.
2) Take backup of important files before installation.
3) Next reboot your phone to TWRP recovery (Press Volume up + Power button at a time)
4) Goto Wipe > Advanced wipe options and wipe Dalvik cache,Cache,Data and System.
5) After this,goto Install and Flash LineageOS ROM,Gapps 8.1 pico
6) After this,Flash Lazyflasher zip.This is very important.
7) After completing all procedure,reboot your phone and enjoy Lineage OS on Redmi 4/4X
